- Designated route for 8 days of riding along the Canadian shores of Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River

Meal Plan:
A meal plan is created for the ease of logistics for the participants and will include breakfasts on Day 2 to 7 (8 included in registration fee), as well as, lunch on day 1 at Charles Daley Park and day 2 in the GTA, and dinner in Amherstview on day 5. All other meals will be on your own where community representatives will provide recommendations with the exception of dinner in Cornwall which is included in your registration. Family and friends are welcome to join us for dinner in Cornwall as well but must register before the June 13th deadline.
If you are staying in hotels or joining us for less then 4 days, then e-mail tourdirector@wrtrust.com for meal options that will best serve your needs.

Check List:
Congratulations on registering for the Great Waterfront Trail Adventure! We are excited to have you join us and want to make sure that you have everything you need in order to have a great experience. Please use this checklist to help you organize your trip.
Completed Registration for the 2012 GWTA
Purchased the optional Meal Plan.
Organized transportation to the start of the event.
If planning on staying in Niagara-on-the-Lake on July 13th be sure to book your accommodation early. Or if you would like to camp contact Petrina at tourdirector@wrtrust.com.
Organized transportation home from the end of the event. There are shuttles back to Cornwall, Toronto, and Niagara, but space is limited, so be sure to register early.
If planning on staying in hotels along the way be sure to make reservations ahead of time. The hotels listed on the GWTA website will be supported with shuttles where noted.
Commemorative shirts can be ordered on-line soon. Orders will be taken up to May 20th to ensure delivery for the start of the 2012 GWTA on July 14th.

Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel your registration, the cancellation fee will be determined according to the policy outlined below. Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, or personal emergencies. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving the trip early.

The fees retained reflect the costs to the Trust of administering the Tour registration and are not intended to be punitive in any way. The Trust realizes that the majority of those who cancel their registrations do so out of necessity.
If you wish to cancel your registration, you must request a refund by email to vb@wrtrust.com on or before the above noted deadlines. No exceptions to the deadline or amount of refund will be considered.
Transfer of Registration:
After April 1, 2012 the Trust will not issue refunds. However, you may sell or transfer or give your registration to someone else. The Trust will not facilitate these transactions. To transfer a registration, the Trust must have an email (tourdirector@wrtrust.com) (subject line = Transfer Registration) from both parties (seller & purchaser) stating that the transfer has taken place and is accepted by both parties.
Registration Carry Overs:
All Registrations apply to the Tour year only – 2012. No year-to-year carry-overs will be granted.
