FEATURED FESTIVAL: Whitby Harbour Days

Cheer on the professional water skiers, watch the Nautical Parade of Lights, and enjoy the live music at Whitby Harbour Days. Celebrations begin at noon and culminate with a fantastic fireworks display at dusk.

GET ACTIVE

Ride the Waterfront Trail to Thickson Woods (4.4km) and continue to Second Marsh to explore the trails and lookouts at the largest remaining urban wetland in the GTA (14.4 km return).
Location: Start near the Port Whitby Marina and follow the Waterfront Trail signs east.

OUT AND ABOUT

From the Beginning of May to the end of October you can enjoy a Saturday morning at the Brooklin Farmer’s Market or a Wednesday afternoon at the Whitby Farmer’s Market. Located at Old Fire Hall on Brock St. and Colborne St., the Whitby Farmer’s Market is open from 10am to 6pm on Wednesdays; while the Brooklin Farmer’s Market is open 8am to 3pm at the Home Hardware on 64 Baldwin St.
Location: 64 Baldwin St. in Brooklin, or the Old Fire Hall in Whitby.
